Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultra-sound in the differential diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer Methods:From October 2021 to December 2023 50 cases of triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer patients in Yizheng Hospital of Nanjing Gulou Hospital Group were selected,and all patients were examined by two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Taking the results of postoperative pathological sections as the gold standard,the effi-cacy of combined application of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in differential diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer and non-triple-negative breast cancer was compared and analyzed.Results:There were sig-nificant differences between triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer in shape、orientation、hyperechoic ha-lo、edge、echo inside the lesion、distribution of contrast agent、obvious enlargement of the lesion、enhancement degree of the edge、enhanced shape and enhanced boundary,P<0.05;The sensitivity、specificity、accuracy、negative predictive value and positive predictive value of the combined diagnosis of the two methods are high.Conclusion:There are significant differences between two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer,and the combination of them has high application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of triple-negative and non-triple-negative breast cancer,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy.关键词
