快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术患者围术期护理中的应用效果研究
Study on the Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioper-ative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods:Fifty-one patients who under-went laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in Suzhou Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from June 2019 to June 2024 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and research group according to the differences in nursing methods.The control group(25 cases)received routine perioperative care.26 cases in the study group were cared by the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The rehabilitation index、bad mood and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The rehabilitation indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.After the intervention,the scores of two negative emotions(anxiety score and depression score)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.85%,which was lower than that in the control group 24.00%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing care of patients un-dergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,relieve patients'inner bad emotions and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
