Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of rezumab in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration(AMD)and its influence on choroidal thickness.Methods:120 patients with wet ADM admitted to Jiangyin People's Hospital from June,2021 to July,2023 were selected.All patients were treated with intravitreal injection of rezumab.The total effective rate of clinical treatment、the best corrected visual acuity before and after treatment、the thickness of macular fovea、the thickness of choroid and the improvement of fundus exudate area were observed.Results:After treatment,among 120 patients in this group,91 cases were markedly effective and 24 cases were effective,and the to-tal effective rate was 95.83%.After 3 months、6 months and 12 months of treatment,the BCVA of patients was sig-nificantly higher than that before treatment,P<0.05.The macular thickness,fundus exudate area and choroidal thickness of the patients were significantly lower than those before treatment,P<0.05.After 3 months、6 months and 12 months of treatment,the BCVA(letters)of patients increased compared with that before treatment,but compared between groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:Rezumab is effective in the treatment of wet AMD,which can effectively reduce the degree of macular edema,improve visual function,reduce retinal leakage and reduce choroidal thickness.关键词
