中药脱花煎在药物流产中应用时机的临床效果研究
Study on the Clinical Effect of The Application Opportunity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Tuohua Decoction in Drug Abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the influence of different intervention time of traditional Chinese medicine Tuo-hua decoction on abortion effect.Methods:From May 2023 to June 2024,215 patients with medical abortion in the gynecol-ogy department of Pingyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 3 groups.85 ca-ses in group 1 were observed,and the traditional Chinese medicine Tuohua decoction was added before taking misoprostol tablets orally.82 cases in two groups were observed.After taking misoprostol tablets orally,traditional Chinese medicine Tuohua decoction was added.48 cases in the control group only took misoprostol tablets.The time of villus excretion,the rate of complete abortion at the first review,the average diameter of intrauterine residue at the first review and the rate of final curettage were recorded.Results:Compared with the control group,the villus excretion time of the two groups was ob-served,P>0.05.The time of villus excretion in observation group 1 was shorter than that in observation group 2 and con-trol group,P<0.05.The complete abortion rate in observation group 1 was significantly higher than that in observation group 2 and control group,P<0.05.The complete abortion rate was compared between the two groups and the control group for the first time,P>0.05.The average diameter of intrauterine residue was compared among the three groups in the first reexamination of B-ultrasound,indicating abnormal intrauterine echo,P>0.05.The rate of terminal uterine curet-tage among the three groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:The best time for the application of traditional Chinese medicine Tuohua Decoction in drug abortion is to take misoprostol tablets and mifepristone at the same time,which is more conducive to accelerating villus excretion and improving the complete abortion rate.关键词
