Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the factors influencing the detection of AIDS antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Methods:From January 2020 to May 2024,300 people were selected for HIV antibody testing in Haizhou District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Lianyungang City,and the fac-tors affecting the test results were analyzed.Results:300 healthy people were screened for AIDS antibodies,and the results showed that 50 people were positive for AIDS antibodies.Confirmatory experiments were carried out on 50 samples that were positive in the initial screening.The results showed that 40 samples were HIV positive and the other 10 samples were negative.The accuracy of HIV infection in 50 positive samples was 80.00%.Conclusion:The factors influencing the detection of AIDS antibody by ELISA mainly include reagent factors、patients'own factors、specimen factors、temperature control,etc.It is necessary to strictly follow the kit instructions and reagent operation specifications,and do a good job in quality control before,during and after detection to ensure the accuracy of the de-tection results.关键词
