基于家庭医生服务的社区肺康复对稳定期COPD患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Community Lung Rehabilitation based on Family Doctor Service on Stable COPD Patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of community lung rehabilitation based on family doctor service on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:One hundred and twenty-eight pa-tients with stable COPD who were managed by Pingjiang Xincheng Community Health Service Center in Sujin Street,gusu district,Suzhou from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into control group and study group according to admission time,with 64 patients in each group.The control group adopted conventional community management,and the research group adopted community lung rehabilitation program based on family doctor service on the basis of the control group.The lung function indexes、exercise endurance、quality of life and the times of acute exacerbation were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After the intervention,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.After the intervention,the 6MWD of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the CAT score was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The number of acute exacerba-tions in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group within 12 weeks,P<0.05.Conclusion:Community lung rehabilitation based on family doctor service can effectively improve the lung function,exercise en-durance and quality of life of stable COPD patients,and reduce the risk of acute exacerbation.关键词
