Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients with Severe Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept(ERAS)in perioperative nursing care of patients with severe osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:Sixty-eight patients with severe OVCF admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Nantong City from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given ERAS nursing.The postoperative recovery index,living ability and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of getting out of bed for the first time and hospi-talization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.At 6 h and 7 d after opera-tion,the Barthel index of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.At 6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:ERAS nursing for OVCF patients can effectively improve their postoperative recovery,reduce the degree of pain and improve the quality of life.关键词
