快速康复理念在重症骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者围手术期护理中的应用效果OA
Application Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Concept in Perioperative Nursing Care of Patients with Severe Osteoporotic Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture
目的 分析快速康复理念(ERAS)在重症骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折(OVCF)患者围手术期护理中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年3月至2024年3月南通市第三人民医院收治的68例重症OVCF患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用ERAS护理.对比两组术后恢复指标、生活能力、疼痛程度.结果 观察组术中首次下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,P<0.05.术后6 h、术后7 d,两组Barthel指数均升高,且观察组高于对照组,P<0.05.术后6 h、术后12 h、术后24 h,两组VAS评分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对OVCF患者采取ERAS护理可有效改善其术后恢复情况,降低疼痛程度,提高生活质量.
Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept(ERAS)in perioperative nursing care of patients with severe osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:Sixty-eight patients with severe OVCF admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Nantong City from March 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given ERAS nursing.The postoperative recovery index,living ability and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of getting out of bed for the first time and hospi-talization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.At 6 h and 7 d after opera-tion,the Barthel index of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.At 6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:ERAS nursing for OVCF patients can effectively improve their postoperative recovery,reduce the degree of pain and improve the quality of life.
