Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of TeamSTEPPS course in standardized training teaching of new nurses.Methods:Eighty-four newly recruited nurses in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from June 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to their student num-bers,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing skills training,while the intervention group received TeamSTEPPS course training.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical scores、skill operation scores and total scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the con-trol group,P<0.05.The scores of nurses'self-evaluation、teachers'evaluation and patients'evaluation in the inter-vention group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of TeamSTEPPS course in standardized training teaching of new nurses can effectively improve their clinical practical abilities such as nursing skills,communication skills and problem-solving skills.关键词
