知信行健康教育模式在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of applying health education model in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:88 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to the hospital from January to December 2023 were divided by different nursing methods.44 patients in the control group were given routine care,and 44 patients in the re-search group were informed about the health education model.The health behavior,quality of life and nursing satis-faction of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:Health responsibility(20.25±1.22)、nutrition(21.24±1.13)、exercise(19.47±1.31)、psychological comfort(20.47±1.16),All were higher than the control group,P<0.05;The physical GQOLI questionnaire(78.95±8.64)、psychological(76.89±8.44)、social(80.88±8.58)、material life(80.02±8.66),All were higher than the control group,P<0.05;Group satisfaction was 97.73%,Higher than 84.09%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Carrying out the health education mode of knowledge and practice in acute pancreatitis patients can effectively maintain the healthy behavior of patients,im-prove the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
