细节管理在消毒供应室管腔器械清洗质量管理中的应用及对医院感染的影响OA

Objective:To explore the application of detail management in the cleaning quality management of lumen in-struments in disinfection supply room and its influence on hospital infection.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,200 instruments in the disinfection supply room of Huai'an Eighty-two Hospital were included in the study.From June 2023,detailed management was carried out.100 instruments before intervention were included in the con-trol group,and 100 instruments after intervention were included in the study group.The qualified rate of cleaning lu-men instruments and the incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The quali-fied rate of cleaning lumen instruments in the study group was 99.00%(99/100),which was higher than that in the control group(93.00%),P<0.05.The incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was 0.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(4/100),P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of detail management in the clean-ing quality management of lumen instruments in disinfection supply room can significantly improve the cleaning quality of instruments and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
