Abstract
Objective:To explore the application of detail management in the cleaning quality management of lumen in-struments in disinfection supply room and its influence on hospital infection.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,200 instruments in the disinfection supply room of Huai'an Eighty-two Hospital were included in the study.From June 2023,detailed management was carried out.100 instruments before intervention were included in the con-trol group,and 100 instruments after intervention were included in the study group.The qualified rate of cleaning lu-men instruments and the incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The quali-fied rate of cleaning lumen instruments in the study group was 99.00%(99/100),which was higher than that in the control group(93.00%),P<0.05.The incidence of nosocomial infection in the study group was 0.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(4/100),P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of detail management in the clean-ing quality management of lumen instruments in disinfection supply room can significantly improve the cleaning quality of instruments and reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.关键词
