Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of antibiotic grading management on clinical rational drug use.Methods:126 patients treated with antibiotics in Taixing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December,2023 were selected and divided into study group and routine group according to computer numbering method,with 63 patients in each group.The study group adopted antibiotic grading management,while the routine group adopted rou-tine management.The medication compliance,incidence of irrational drug use,quality of life and management effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of irrational drug use was lower,and the quality of life and management effect were higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Antibiotic grading management can effectively improve the compliance of patients treated with antibiotics,reduce the incidence of irrational drug use,improve the quality of life of patients and improve the clinical management effect.关键词
