Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the implementation effect of regional disinfection supply mode in community health service center for disinfection quality management.Methods:From January to June 2023,197 pieces of disinfec-tion equipment and medical supplies used in community health service centers were selected,and 76 patients who re-ceived medical services during this period were selected.From July to December 2023,225 pieces of disinfection equip-ment and medical supplies used in community health service centers were selected,and the regional disinfection supply model was adopted to manage the quality of disinfection items.At the same time,84 patients who received medical services during this period were selected.Compare the quality of disinfection products and the incidence of nosocomial infection before and after management.Results:After the management,the washing and drying rate of sterilized arti-cles、the maintenance rate of instruments、the packing rate of articles and the storage rate of articles were greatly im-proved compared with those before the management,while the incidence of nosocomial infection in patients was signifi-cantly lower than that before the management,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of regional disinfection supply model in the quality of disinfection products in community health service centers can improve the quality of disinfection products,reduce nosocomial infection and maintain the safety of patients'diagnosis and treatment.关键词
