摘要
Abstract
As a highly functional molecular chaperone,Heat shock protein(HSP)can keep the balance between pro-tein synthesis and degradation in cancer cells,so that cancer cells can survive under the continuous stimulation of harsh microenvironment,and it is an indispensable factor in the occurrence and development of cancer.Heat shock protein a member 13(HSPA13)is a member of HSP family.Existing research shows that HSPA13 is overexpressed in most cancer cells,which can promote tumor progression in many ways.With the further exploration of the mechanism of HSPA13 in tumor,HSPA13 has become the target of various cancer treatments.In this paper,the structure and func-tion of HSPA13 and its relationship with human cancer are reviewed.关键词
