Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence of preventive measures based on target monitoring on the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU.Methods:1000 patients admitted to the ICU of Danyang People's Hospital from January to December,2022 were selected as the observation group, and preventive measures based on targeted monitoring were applied.1000 patients admitted to the ICU of this hospital from January to December,2021 were selected as the control group, without preventive measures based on targeted monitoring. The nosocomial infection rates of the two groups were compared, and the three catheter-related infection rates and infection distribution in the observa-tion group were statistically analyzed. Results:The nosocomial infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the observation group, the catheter-re-lated infection rate was 0.251‰,the central venous catheter-related infection rate was 0.421‰ and the ventilator-related infection rate was 3.271‰.The top three nosocomial infections were lower respiratory tract infection, blood infection and urinary tract infection, but the lower respiratory tract was the main infection.Conclusion:Noso-comial infection in ICU mainly focuses on catheter, central venous catheter and ventilator-related infection.Taking preventive measures based on targeted monitoring is helpful to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in ICU.关键词
