急性缺血性脑卒中患者预后影响因素及其预测价值分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prognostic factors and predictive value of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 96 patients with acute ischemic stroke were received at Suzhou Kowloon Hospital from May 2022 to March 2024 0.All patients were examined for biochemical indicators after admission and their general data were collected.Combined with the multivariate logistic regression analysis,the prognostic factors of patients with acute ischemic stroke were analyzed,and the prognostic value of the associated factors in predicting acute ischemic stroke was evaluated.Results:Preoperative IL-10 was a protective factor for acute ischemic stroke patients(P<0.05);While NIHSS score、IL-6、TNF-α and hs-CRP were all independent risk factors for acute ischemic stroke patients(P<0.05);After analysis,AUC of IL-10、NIHSS score、IL-6、TNF-α and hs-CRP predicting poor prognosis of acute ischemic stroke was higher than 0.70.Conclusion:IL-10、NIHSS score、IL-6、TNF-α and hs-CRP are independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke and have high pre-dictive and reference value.关键词
