Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of gastrointestinal pacing combined with early eating on the rehabilitation of patients with mild,moderate and severe acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods:From January 2023 to January 2024,80 patients with mild,moderate and severe AP admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Jinhu County People's Hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the treatment group was given gastrointestinal pacing combined with early eating therapy on the basis of the control group.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group,the recovery time of clinical indexes in the treatment group was shorter,and the levels of blood amylase、CRP、PCT、HAMD and HAMA were lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Gastrointestinal pacing combined with early eating therapy can accelerate the recovery of acute mild,moderate and severe AP patients,reduce their blood amylase levels and inflammatory indicators,and improve their psychological state.关键词
