Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate in conservative treat-ment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 72 patients with ectopic pregnancy were included in this study,all of whom were selected from the patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in the hospital from May 2021 to December 2023.Patients were randomly divided into combined group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The combination group was treated with mifepristone combined with methotrexate,while the control group was treated with metho-trexate alone.The total effective rate、recovery of various indexes、quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate and SF-36 scores of the combined group were higher,and the time of pelvic mass disappearance,abdominal pain disappearance and menstrual regain were shorter,P<50.05.The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:Mifepristone combined with methotrexate is effective in the conservative treatment of ectopic preg-nancy,which can not only promote the improvement of patients'indexes and improve their quality of life,but also a-void adverse reactions.关键词
