Effect of PDCA Circular Nursing on Complications And Treatment Compliance of Children with Bronchopneumonia

Abstract
Objective:This study was to analyze the effects of PDCA cycle nursing on the nursing effect,complications and treatment compliance in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:60 children with bronchopneumonia treated in Suqian Women and Children's Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divid-ed into two groups by touch ball method.The observation group(n=30)received PDCA cycle nursing,and the control group(n=30)received routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the improvement time of symptoms in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of anorexia,crying and heart failure in the observation group was 3.33%(1/30),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%(6/30),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After the interven-tion,the treatment compliance score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle nursing can effectively improve the nursing effect of children with bronchopneumonia,shorten the time of symptom improvement,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve treatment compliance.关键词
