Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of wound clinic combined with family participatory care in elderly patients with pressure ulcers.Method:From February to August 2024,66 elderly patients with pressure ulcers admitted to Pizhou Hospital of China Railway Group were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given joint family's participatory nursing in the wound clinic on the basis of the control group.The overall nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The wound healing time and dressing change times in the observa-tion group were significantly less than those in the control group,the PUSH score after nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the middle dimension score of GQOLI-74 was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of wound outpatient service combined with home participatory care for elderly patients with pressure ulcers at home can reduce the number of outpatient dressing changes,promote the healing of pressure ulcers in elderly patients,and improve the quality of life.关键词
