Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement nursing management in perioperative pe-riod of patients with urinary calculi.Methods:From May 2022 to May 2024 in Baoying Eryuan Hospital,60 patients with urinary calculi were selected as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group adopted traditional nursing mode,while the research group implemented continuous quality improvement nursing management.The degree of postoperative pain、quality of life before and after intervention and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the VAS score and the incidence of complications in the study group were lower,and the scores of QGOLI-74 were higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement nursing management for patients with urinary calculi can reduce postoperative pain,improve quality of life and reduce postop-erative complications.关键词
