Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of cluster nursing in catheter nursing of patients undergoing hepatic ar-terial infusion chemotherapy(HAIC).Methods:Between March 2022 and June 2023,a total of 100 liver cancer patients un-dergoing HAIC treatment at the Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University were randomly assigned to two groups:an ob-servation cohort and a comparison cohort,each comprising 50 individuals.Patients in the comparison cohort received stand-ard nursing care,whereas those in the observation cohort were provided with clustered nursing interventions.A comparison was made between the two cohorts in terms of complication rates and life quality outcomes.Results:The complication rate was reduced in the observation cohort compared to the control cohort,and following the nursing interventions,the QOL-LC score was elevated in the observation cohort relative to the control cohort,with a statistical significance of,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in catheter care of patients with HAIC can effectively reduce the risk of complications and improve the overall quality of life of patients.关键词
