Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on IMB in the postoperative rehabilitation of vocal cord polyps and vocal nodules.Methods:From August 2021 to August 2023,70 patients with vocal cord polyp and vocal cord nodule were selected and treated by surgery.Randomly divided into control group and study group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing after operation,and the research group was given nursing intervention based on IMB after operation.The self-care ability,vocal ability and voice quality recovery of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the scores of ESCA scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of VHI scale and GRBAS were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of IMB-based nursing intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation of vocal cord polyps and vocal nodules can enhance the postoperative self-care ability of patients and promote the early recov-ery of vocal cord function.关键词
