Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of midwife's integrated whole-course nursing on the pain and labor process of primipara in natural delivery.Methods:65 primiparas who gave birth naturally in Yangzhou Hongquan Hospital from January 2021 to May 2024 were selected and divided into control group(n=31)and study group(n=34)according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine delivery care,while the research group was given midwife-integrated whole-course care.The nursing results of primipara were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of primiparas in the study group at different stages of labor were lower than those in the control group,and the time of labor was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of ad-verse maternal and infant delivery outcomes was also lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Im-plementing midwife-integrated whole-course care for primiparas with natural delivery can effectively alleviate their pain,shorten the labor process and improve the maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
