Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on shoulder pain in stroke pa-tients with hemiplegia.Methods:112 patients with stroke and hemiplegia admitted to the First People's Hospital of Si-hong County from February 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given early com-prehensive rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The intervention results of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the shoulder pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the FMA score and WHOQOL score were significantly higher than those in the con-trol group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation can effectively control the occurrence of shoulder pain,improve the limb motor function and improve the quality of life of patients with stroke and hemiplegia.关键词
