Abstract
Objective:To explore the improvement value of continuing nursing care on blood sugar level,compliance be-havior and quality of life of elderly diabetic patients.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2023,82 elderly diabet-ic patients in Suqian Hospital of jiangsu province hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the study group was giv-en continuous care on the basis of routine care.The overall curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the blood sugar indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of the compliance behavior indexes and the comprehensive evaluation questionnaire of quality of life were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing care for elderly patients with diabetes can stably control blood sugar level,improve patients'compliance with medical treatment and improve their quality of life.关键词
