Abstract
Objective:To observe the construction of cluster nursing based on evidence-based concept for peripheral circulation disorder of elderly severe patients in ICU.Methods:From February 2023 to October 2023,90 critically ill elderly patients admitted to ICU of Rugao Branch of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University(Rugao Boai Hospital)were divided into control group and observation group in the order of admission,with 45 cases in each group.The con-trol group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given cluster nursing based on evidence-based concept.The nursing results of two groups were compared.Results:Comparing the absolute value of skin temperature difference between hands and feet、VAS score and SpO2 between the two groups after intervention,the first three inde-xes were lower than those of the control group,and SpO2 was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the incidence of peripheral circulation disorder and complications between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Comparing the total nursing satisfaction between the two groups,the observation group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion:Cluster nursing based on evidence-based concept can significantly improve the peripheral circulation of elderly critically ill patients in ICU,reduce the risk of peripheral circulation disorders and complications,relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
