摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Orem-based nursing model on puerperal women's bad mood,self-care ability and baby-rearing behavior.Methods:160 puerperal women admitted to Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,while the research group adopted the nursing mode based on Orem theory.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of self-care ability、neonatal touching、bathing、breastfeeding and umbilical cord nursing were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The nursing mode based on Orem theory for puerperal women can effectively improve their bad mood,enhance their self-care ability and improve the correctness of nursing behavior.关键词
