Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of applying hierarchical and diversified training mode in clinical nursing training of nurses.Methods:122 nurses who participated in clinical nursing training in Rugao Hospital of Shenzhen Jingcheng Medi-cal Group from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 61 in each group.The control group received traditional training mode,while the observation group carried out multi-level train-ing mode,and analyzed and compared the skills assessment level,job burnout and satisfaction with the training mode of the two groups of nurses.Results:The scores of skills assessment level of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of job burnout were better than those in the control group,and the satisfac-tion of training mode was also higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of multi-level training mode in clinical nursing training of nurses can effectively improve the assessment level of nurses and reduce job burnout.关键词
