Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of intensive lifestyle intervention on blood sugar control in type 2 diabetes care.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,120 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research ob-ject.Patients were randomly divided into comparison group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the experimental group was given intensive lifestyle interven-tion on the basis of the control group.The nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the blood sugar index、anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of six dimensions of quality of life and five scores of self-management ability were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Intensive lifestyle intervention has a good effect on blood sugar con-trol in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which is helpful to improve patients'psychological mood,self-manage-ment ability and quality of life.关键词
