Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of predictive nursing based on the concept of risk early warning on the recov-ery of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),the incidence of complications and psychological state.Methods:Eighty-four patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who were treated in Huai'an Hospital(Huai'an Cancer Hospital)from January 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given predictive nursing based on the concept of risk early warning.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement time of clinical symptoms and hospitalization time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the scores of anxiety and de-pression after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Predictive nursing based on the concept of risk early warning can effective-ly promote the recovery of patients with acute exacerbation of COPD,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve their psychological state and quality of life.关键词
