契合与偏差:乡村数字协商民主发展的再思考
Fit and deviation:rethinking of the rural digital consultative democracy——based on the case of the"People's Discussion Hall"in Xiaogucheng village
摘要
Abstract
Rural digital consultative democracy is a dynamic development of grassroots consultative democracy with digital tech-nology injecting new vitality into the practice of rural consultative democracy and breaking the bottleneck of the development of traditional consultative models.The case of the"People's Meeting Hall"in Xiaogucheng village,Hangzhou,shows that digital technology has promoted the ecological reconstruction,process reengineering,and concept reshaping of rural consultative democ-racy,while concept adaptation,institutional compatibility,and organizational connection are important mechanisms for digital technology to be compatible with rural consultative democracy.In addition,rural digital consultative democracy should also ac-tively adjust to avoid some common deviations,and be vigilant about the problems such as increased assessment,technological suspension,consultation threshold,and social resistance,and continuously enhance its inclusiveness and effectiveness.关键词
