数字乡村背景下农民主体性提升的困境与路向探析
Analysis on the difficulties and ways of enhancing the subjectivity of farmers under the background of digital villages
摘要
Abstract
Digital technology,as a representative of new quality productivity and an important driving force,is being fully inte-grated into all aspects of rural society,constantly promoting the modernization process of rural governance.Farmers,as the main body of rural governance,adhering to the status of farmers as the main body is one of the basic principles for realizing rural revital-ization.However,in the process of digital transformation of rural governance,there is a large deviation between the actual state of farmers'subjectivity and the requirements of the times,mainly facing four kinds of"difficult"situations:"imbalance"of resourc-es under the shadow of social and historical conditions,"dispersal"of villages under the alienation of farmers'organization,"disor-der"of governance subjects under mechanism deviation,and"inability"of farmers under the fixation of digital technology.There-fore,regaining farmers'sense of autonomy through"breading the ice of ideas",reconstructing farmers'dynamic potential through"blending interests",reshaping farmers'self-status through"multi-pronged approach",and revitalizing farmers'creativity through"equal emphasis on guidance and education"are the"dos"paths to consolidate farmers'subjectivity and provide internal momentum for the digital transformation of rural governance.关键词
