数字经济背景下大龄农民工就业质量及其影响因素研究

Abstract
This paper first systematically sorted out the micro and macro factors affecting the employment quality of older mi-grant workers,and then used the data of the 2018 China Floating Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey(CMDS)to construct a multiple linear regression model for empirical testing.The results show that the degree of education,social integration,social acceptance,and family companionship have a significantly positive impact on the employment quality of older migrant workers,while poor family economic status hinders the improvement of their employment quality.The social security system has a signifi-cant impact on the employment quality of older migrant workers,while the impact of the development of the digital economy is not significant.Quantile regression analysis showed that the positive effects of education level and family companionship on the employment quality of older migrant workers were more significant in the middle and high quantiles,the social integration degree had a significant positive impact on the low quantiles,the social security system had a significant negative impact on the employ-ment quality of older migrant workers in all quantiles,the health status and family economic status had a negative impact on the low quantiles.关键词
