党建引领新型农村集体经济发展的基本逻辑与实践路径
The basic logic and practical path of party building leading the development of new rural collective economy——taking Jinnan F village as an example

Abstract
Rural grass-roots party organizations are the core force leading the development of the new collective economy.Compared with the traditional model,the new collective economy is characterized by clear property rights,complete confirma-tion of rights,clear rights and responsibilities,and diversified industries,and has laid the economic foundation for the construc-tion of a modernized countryside.Party building to lead the new rural collective economy is to adhere to the party's leadership of the title of the right meaning,in line with the basic logic of socialist economic development with Chinese characteristics.Among them,at the level of theoretical logic,it adheres to the people's main position and stimulates farmers'endogenous motivation;at the level of institutional logic,it gives full play to the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and realizes common prosperity;and at the level of practical logic,it leads the innovation of the rural collective economic model and realizes the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the basic framework of"organizational coordination-benefit linkage-talent guarantee",the paper explores the development idea and internal logic of party building in F village to lead the new type of rural collective economy,and analyzes the role of rural grass-roots party organizations in the transformation and upgrading of in-dustries,value-added protection of collective assets,and the development of collective economy.It also analyzes the efforts of ru-ral grassroots party organizations in industrial transformation and upgrading,value-adding and preservation of collective assets,in-novation of collective economic model,and fairness and justice in benefit distribution,so as to contribute to the high-quality devel-opment of the new type of rural collective economy,and the continuous improvement of farmers'benefit and prosperity.关键词
