Mobilization organization:the organizational path of rural mutual assistance for the elderly——a case study based on the mutual aid for the elderly in Dai village,Henan Province

Abstract
Mutual pension is an important way out for the elderly in rural areas,but it faces the dilemma of organization in prac-tice.The existing organizational path of technocracy,the government-led organizational path and the social spontaneous organiza-tional path have limitations,and the possibility of stimulating social vitality through external government forces is relatively ig-nored.By introducing the perspective of social mobilization,based on the case analysis of the"Dai Ji model"of mutual aid for the elderly in Henan Province,this paper explores how the mobilization organization path of mutual aid for the elderly is possible.The results show that the key to the benign operation of mutual aid for the elderly in Daiji Village lies in the social mobilization process,which includes the hierarchical transformation of the mobilization subject,the localized invocation of the mobilization means and the endogenous power activation of the mobilization object.On the whole,the general logic of mobilization organiza-tion as the organizational path of rural mutual pension is as follows:Firstly,the public transformation of rural mutual aid pension has shaped the basic premise of mobilization organization;Secondly,the internal logic of the mobilization organization of rural mu-tual aid for the elderly is to activate the society through government guidance;Finally,in terms of practical effect,the mobiliza-tion organization of rural mutual pension can promote the production of pension benefits and improve the governance efficiency.In view of this,the mobilization organization is helpful to solve the current practical dilemma of mutual aid and pension organization.关键词
