Abstract
Objective To investigate the sexual dysfunction in severe pelvic endometriosis patients,and further explore the related influencing factors.Methods A total of 86 patients with severe pelvic endometriosis who were admitted to Shenzhen People's Hospital from December 2007 to March 2015 and underwent surgical treatment were selected as study group,and their sexual life was investi-gated 6 months before surgery,8 months and 12 months after surgery.Meanwhile,30 patients with benign ovarian cysts or uterine fibroids who underwent surgery during the same period were selected as control group,and their sexual life was investigated 6 months before surgery and 3～8 months after surgery.All patients finished the Chinese Female Sexual Function Index Scale(FSFI),including 6 dimensions such as sexual demand,sexual arousal,vaginal lubrication degree,orgasm,sexual satisfaction and pain,to assess the patients'sexual function.The influence of age,family economy,culture degree,surgery and occupation on sexual life quality in study group was further analyzed using multiple linear regression method.Results Before surgery,the patients in study group had experi-enced sexual dysfunction(average score 25.83),while the patients in control group had normal sexual function(average score 27.58).After surgery,the sexual pain was significantly relieved in study group(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in the other aspects of sexual function(P>0.05).The result of multiple linear regression analysis showed that surgical approach,family economy and culture degree had a certain impact on the quality of sexual life of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with severe pelvic endometriosis often complicate with sexual dysfuntion,and surgical approach,family economy,culture degree are important influenc-ing factors.关键词
