摘要

Abstract

The rapid advancement of educational informatization is reshaping the educational ecosystem while simultaneously altering the role of teachers.Profound changes in knowledge acquisition methods,the increasing demands of information technology on educators,and the subtle influence of diverse values on students require teachers to actively adjust their professional roles.However,challenges such as outdated teaching philosophies,insufficient informatization training,and limited institutional support have made this transition difficult for some educators.To better align with the goals of educational informatization,teachers should focus on four key aspects:updating teaching philosophies,transforming instructional methods,enhancing professional competence,and strengthening practical application skills.Additionally,upgrading teachers'roles requires improving their digital literacy,actively participating in information technology training,and establishing a comprehensive informatization management system.These efforts will better equip educators to meet the evolving demands of modern education.
