摘要
Abstract
Anaphylactic shock occurring in hospital is a serious emergency.It reflects the overall emergency response capability and the level of emergency care in the hospital.It is one of the signifi-cant causes of sudden death within the hospital and a major cause of medical disputes.This article will discuss the following aspects:the pathogenesis of anaphylactic shock,early manifestations and identi-fication,the current status of epinephrine use,the problems caused by insufficient application of epi-nephrine,the characteristics of anaphylactic shock occurring in hospitals,and how to rapidly diagnose and treat anaphylactic shock within hospital settings.This article recommends that in the event of an-aphylactic shock within a hospital,the first-line treatment should be the intravenous administration of epinephrine,at the same time further elaborates on the strategies for medical staff to cope with ana-phylactic shock when intravenous access is not available.To initiate multicenter clinical studies on the feasibility and safety of intravenous epinephrine administration for the management of anaphylactic shock,and to conduct more beneficial explorations aimed at increasing the success rate of anaphylactic shock treatment within hospital settings.关键词
