Abstract
Objective To assess the difference in clinical efficacy and safety of application of longitudinal transverse suture and anal fissure resection in the treatment of anal fissure.Methods The clinical randomized controlled trials on longitudinal transverse suture and anal fissure resection for the treatment of anal fissure were searched by computer from CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP Chinese technology journal database,PubMed and Web of Science technology database.The search period was from the beginning of the database establishment to July 30,2024.Subsequently,we performed a meta-analysis using the RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 12 studies encompassing 952 patients were incorporated.The findings of the meta-analysis revealed no notable discrepancy in the efficacy rate or alterations in anal canal diameter between longitudinal transverse suture and anal fissure resection.Longitudinal transverse suture surgery was effective in shortening the wound healing time,the reduction of postoperative pain,complications and recurrence rate were better than those in the anal fissure resection group.Conclusion Both longitudinal and anal fissure resection can effectively treat anal fissures and expand the diameter of the anal canal,but compared to anal fissure resection,longitudinal transverse suture significantly diminish wound healing time,alleviate wound pain,mitigate the incidence of postoperative complications,and lower the recurrence rate.关键词
