Development and Application of Public Capabilities for the Road Traffic Infrastructure Survey and Design Platform Based on the Glodon GDMP Graphics Engine

Abstract
With the advancement of domestically developed industrial software,road traffic infrastructure survey and design platforms have evolved towards greater integration,digitalization,visualization,and intelligence.In China,the demands of the road traffic sector are addressed through secondary development of mature industrial software products,while the development of public infrastructure platforms remains a technical gap.In this context,this paper designs a public infrastructure capability for road traffic infrastructure professional design platforms based on the GDMP,addressing the challenge of the lack of public capabilities in the domestication of road traffic infrastructure.The study thoroughly explored the framework of the underlying platform and adopted a plugin-based development approach.It provided core functionalities such as basic 2D and 3D design,geographic and geological data service loading,and data exchange,all through a unified interface style and encapsulated interfaces.Testing and validation confirmed that the platform met the requirements for personalized design and digital delivery across bridge,tunnel,and subgrade specialties.To tackle the challenge of unifying spatial coordinates and improving rendering smoothness when integrating various professional models in a GIS environment,a dynamic conversion method based on"global engineering cartesian coordinates→GIS spherical coordinates→local projection coordinates"was proposed.This approach enabled the seamless one-click integration and visualization of various professional BIM models in a GIS scene.Furthermore,a model simplification function was implemented to ensure adaptive rendering at multiple levels within large-scale scene models,enhancing rendering performance in extensive scenarios.关键词
