Abstract

In response to the problems such as poor component reusability,low modeling efficiency,and inadequate integration and display effect in the current 3D design of railway tunnels,this study used research methods such as modeling analysis,algorithm research,software development,and project applications,to carry out research in the following three aspects.For tunnel components,the overall classification of railway tunnel component model library was defined.Modeling methods based on"parametric templates"and"adaptive rules"were proposed according to the characteristics of the components to establish a high-precision digital component model library for railway tunnels.Based on the component library,a parametric component assembly method for railway tunnels was developed.Based on the design scheme of tunnel support measures,parametric modeling was driven to achieve high-precision automatic orientation and positioning of the tunnel.Furthermore,graph partitioning technology was used to dynamically generate the tunnel model's LOD,and an element weight labeling strategy was applied to maximize the retention of tunnel structural features.This approach achieved the LOD adaptation for tunnel models in integrated display.The research results supported the development of an intelligent tunnel design system.Using the Yangcun Tunnel as an example,the high-precision component model library of tunnels was applied to complete rapid modeling and adaptive integration of the tunnel model,verifying the feasibility and practicality of the research results.
