Development and Application of Intelligent Design Software for Railway Power Transmission Lines

Abstract
The railway power transmission line is an important component of the railway power system.Currently,the survey and design of railway power transmission lines face challenges such as difficulties in converting field and office data and a low level of intelligentization.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop an intelligent design software for railway power transmission lines with complete independent intellectual property rights.By analyzing the mechanical properties of overhead lines under different environmental conditions and considering ground elevation to calculate the shortest distance from the overhead lines to the ground and the location of the closest point,this paper proposes an algorithm for power pole placement based on safe and economic dual-objective optimization,addressing the decision-making issues in power pole placement.An intelligent design software for railway power transmission lines was developed based on the"GIS+CAD"platforms,adopting a hybrid architecture of B/S(Browser/Server)and C/S(Client/Server).It offered functions such as survey data management,conversion of field and office data,rapid loop generation,plan and elevation coordination for pole placement,one-click mapping.By integrating a built-in knowledge base for transmission lines,survey and design standards,and business experience rules,this system assisted survey and design personnel in efficiently making decisions for power transmission line design and completing construction drawing designs.The software was validated through the survey and design of the power transmission lines at a specific railway substation.Users could quickly synchronize field data to the office design space,achieving 78.8%accuracy in pole placement using built-in algorithms.Manual optimization was available for points that did not meet standards,and results could be generated with one single click.Compared to traditional methods,production efficiency was improved by approximately 80%.关键词
