Abstract

The mechatronic system in land transportation engineering exhibits considerable complexity,with costs accounting for approximately 30%of the total direct engineering investment,a proportion that is trending upward due to advancements in technology and equipment.To effectively leverage real-time cost information and historical project data pertaining to mechatronic systems in land transportation engineering,and to establish an industry-specific cost knowledge framework that supports cost analysis and decision-making,this paper develops a big data platform for the costs associated with mechatronic systems in land transportation engineering.Through an analysis of the characteristics of cost data in mechatronic systems,a systematic research approach based on big data was proposed,resulting in the formulation of a research framework encompassing"data collection and cleaning→analysis and modeling→decision application."Initially,the primary materials and equipment data were standardized in accordance with coding specifications,followed by a targeted data cleaning process for various data types.Then,based on the Elasticsearch engine and the rules of the primary materials and equipment in the mechatronic system,a word segmentation and a knowledge model for the primary materials and equipment were constructed.Finally,the system was developed utilizing a front-end and back-end separation architecture(B/S structure),with a file management system grounded in distributed Redis and the domestically-produced Dameng database.This system facilitated functionalities such as real-time querying of information dashboards,pricing,design pricing,and automated cost loading for materials and equipment.The effectiveness of the system was validated through its application in the S1 line project of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport,demonstrating its capability to achieve real-time price matching and generation.This research aims to investigate the application of big data on cost in mechatronic systems in land transportation engineering,providing a valuable reference for the development of similar systems in land transport infrastructure.
