Optimization of Train Organization Scheme for Sea-Rail Intermodal Transport Container Port Stations

Abstract
In order to realize the efficient utilization of time-space resources in port station yards,the train organization scheme for sea-rail intermodal transport container port stations was studied.Based on the determined arrival time of the ship,sea-rail intermodal transport operation links after the ship arrives at the port were considered,such as container transfer,storage in the port yard,and loading and departure of the train.The train organization optimization model of sea-rail intermodal transport container port stations was established,with the objectives of minimizing the total container storage time in the port yard,and the constraints such as the container loading capacity of the train,the storage capacity of the port yard,the uniqueness of the train destination,the shortest departure time interval of the port station,the balance of container transfer,and the container flow balance of the train destination.By using triangular fuzzy numbers and chance constraint theory,the optimization model of ship arrival time was further constructed under fuzzy conditions.Design examples were used to verify the effectiveness of models.The results indicate that the average loading time at the port station and the balance of the destination of container transfer affect the train organization scheme.The example of the fuzzy model takes into account the delayed arrival time of ships,changes in the order of ship arrival,and dense arrival of ships,which is more in line with production reality and provides decision support for the preparation of the train organization scheme for port stations.关键词
