考虑运输时间可靠性的公铁联运路径选择研究
Research on Route Choice for Road-Rail Intermodal Transportation Considering Travel Time Reliability

Abstract
Travel time reliability is an important factor affecting the route choice of intermodal transportation.Based on discrete event simulation of the whole process of transportation operation,travel time reliability of rail-road intermodal transportation was evaluated.Then,the evaluation results were introduced into the influencing factor set for route choice of road-rail intermodal transportation.According to generalized cost theory,a generalized cost function that included freight cost,transfer cost,time value cost,and reliability value cost was established.A route choice model for road-rail intermodal transportation was constructed with the goal of minimizing the generalized cost function,and an improved simulated annealing algorithm was used to solve the model.A case study on container transportation networks from inland hinterlands to Fuzhou Port was conducted.Results show that shippers'preference has a significant impact on route choice of road-rail intermodal transportation.It reveals that shippers with a higher value of time will choose an optimal road-rail intermodal transportation route with a higher proportion of road transportation distance in the total"door-to-door"transportation distance,while shippers with a higher value of reliability will choose a road-rail intermodal transportation route with a lower proportion of road transportation distance.关键词
