Abstract
As a flagship project of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Central and Eastern European countries,the construction of the Hungary-Serbia Hungarian section Railway began in 2022.The whole railway line faced with a large number of crossing scenarios.Since the currently invented railway crossing control system in China has not been applied to the ETCS-2 railway,the analysis is urgent.Utilizing the Hungarian railway technical standards as a basement for comparison,this paper analyzed Chinese technical standards of railway level crossing control(LCC)system.Combined with the Hungarian design,the study clarified the actual requirements of railway LCC systems to be compatible with the ETCS-2 system and the required operational speed.Based on standard technology,structural differences,interface function,and control mode requirements,the main communication interface and structure design of the LCC system was proposed.The results show that the design can meet the Hungarian railway requirements,providing a reference for the China railway signal system to go global.关键词
