Abstract
The coordination of urban rail transit station functions with the surrounding built environment has become an important guarantee for the deep integration of travel services and urban functions.This paper studied Beijing's urban rail transit stations.Firstly,it quantitatively evaluated the coordination between the stations and their surrounding built environment by utilizing the node-place-ridership(NPR)model and the K-means algorithm.After that,a multi-scale geographically weighted regression(MGWR)model was constructed for different coordinated station groups,so as to analyze the influence of various factors on the ridership of the stations.Finally,coordinated development strategies were proposed for different types of station groups.The results show that the coordination states of Beijing's rail transit stations can be classified into six types:ridership pressure stations,integrated development stations,node imbalance stations,ridership imbalance stations,potential development stations,and lagging development stations.There are significant differences in the degree and direction of the influence of built environment indicators on different types of stations,and the development recommendations based on the quantitative analysis of influencing factors for stations in different coordination states are more practically instructive.关键词
