我国铁路客运枢纽站城空间关系演化研究
Research on Evolution of Spatial Relationship between Railway Passenger Transport Hub Stations and Cities in China
摘要
Abstract
Railways and urban development are closely intertwined,especially in China.From the era of conventional railways to the era of high speed railways,the spatial relationship between railway hubs and cities has undergone significant changes.The laws and internal motivation of these changes are of great significance for understanding the development laws of spatial relationships between stations and cities.In terms of international experience and Chinese characteristics,this paper expounded on the general law of spatial relationships between stations and cities temporally and spatially.From a temporal perspective,the spatial relationship between stations and cities has gone through a process of balancing transportation value and urban value.From a spatial perspective,the demand for urban development has driven the continuous evolution of the spatial relationship between stations and cities.Based on this law,this paper sorted out the evolution process of the spatial relationship between stations and cities in China from the perspective of practice and theory,analyzed the characteristics and future development trends of theoretical research on the spatial relationship between stations and cities,and summarized the research trend changes in China from station to station-city consideration,from spatial design to spatial potential and value assessment,and from comprehensive development to attention to spatial renewal and transformation.The research on the evolution law of the spatial relationship between stations and cities aimed to provide theoretical guidance for the construction of railway passenger transport hubs and the development of urban renewal in China.关键词
