Abstract
The skill structure of human resources can significantly affect the efficiency of production lines,and the knowledge diffusion resulting from in-line apprenticeship training is one way to improve this structure.To describe the knowledge diffusion phenomenon,a social network is introduced,and a multi-skilled resource-constrained project scheduling problem is proposed considering the improvement of resource and skill efficiency under knowledge diffusion,assuming a known target human resource structure.A mixed integer programming model is developed to minimize both the number of projects required to achieve training objectives and the average cost required per project.An improved multi-objective evolutionary algorithm based on decomposition is designed to address this model,incorporating a dynamic programming resource allocation operator and a task clustering greedy schedule generation scheme.The superiority of the algorithm is demonstrated through numerical experiments.关键词
