摘要

Abstract

To reveal the function of non-coding RNA(sRNA)of Aeromonas hydrophila,which is a species of prokaryote,A.hydrophila ATCC 7966 strain was taken as experimental material,and transcriptome sequencing technology was used for transcriptome analysis.sRNA was predicted,the sRNA gene deletion mutant of A.hydrophila(ΔsRNA)was constructed by homologous recombination,and the physiological characteristics and pathogenicity of ΔsRNA were analyzed.The results showed that the growth status of ΔsRNA and wild type strain were almost the same,and there was no difference of motility between WT and ΔsRNA.The results of hemolysis test showed that there was obvious hemolysis in both strains.The growth inhibition of the two strains was the same in hypertonic environment.Compared with WT strain,the biofilm forming ability and protease activity of ΔsRNA were significantly lower(P<0.01),and ΔsRNA strain was more sensitive to penicillin and erythromycin.Due to the loss of sRNA gene,the virulence of ΔsRNA was reduced.
